This is for you if…

  • You want a one off session to look at a specific health, well being or weight loss issue.
  • You have some questions regarding healthy eating and just want to be pointed in the right direction.
  • You just want a kick start and some help getting motivated.

How it works…

  • I will email you a simple health questionnaire and a 5 day food diary to fill out and email it back to me before our session. This gives me a chance to prepare anything I need to for your session so that you can get the best help.
  • When we meet we will focus on the issue at hand and discover the best way to help you towards your goal. This could be nutrition coaching, EFT, using a visualisation to assist in behavioural changes or meal planning. Whatever it is that will work best for you.
  • You will receive  handouts and recipes if applicable and a follow up email to see how you are getting on.
  • You will leave feeling clearer and more motivated!

Sessions last 1 hour 15 minutes.
